*All registrations are subject to a $200 fundraising fee per player. This fee covers your booklet of fundraising raffle tickets for the season.
*All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% transaction fee. THIS ADMIN FEE ONLY APPLIES TO. PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT CARD.
All registrations after August 19th are subject to a $100 late registration fee. All fees are due September 15th and no refunds will be given after this date. Payments can be made:
- by cash or cheque. Contact our treasurer at financebvmh@gmail.com to arrange payment.
- by etransfer to financebvmh@gmail.com. ALL E-transfers MUST include the name of the child and the division in the notes section. E-transfers will be autodeposited. PLEASE DO NOT ETRANSFER THE ADMIN FEE-IT ONLY APPLIES TO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
- By credit card in the registration system. All transactions are subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee. (THE ADMINISTRATION FEE ONLY APPLIES TO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS).
****If you plan to return to Blindman Valley Minor Hockey if you do not make a AA/AAA team, please register with us prior to tryouts. You will NOT be required to pay until you have completed your tryout. Payment will be due the day your player returns to BVMH. The early bird pricing will be honoured for AA/AAA tryouts IF you registered prior to tryouts. *Select cash/etransfer option for payment during the process.
